GENERAL CONDITIONS

The building has no elevator.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM at Bar Panaval Crema & Cioccolato on the ground floor. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Reception and payments

The reception is located inside Bar Panaval Crema & Cioccolato on the ground floor and is open from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. We accept payments in cash (up to €4,999.00), and by Visa or Mastercard credit card (not American Express).

Tourist tax

The tourist tax of €2.10 per person per day, is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on site. Children under 14 are exempt from this tax.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon request for an additional cost of €20.00 per each day.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Only reservations accompanied by a confirmation deposit equal to 20% of the total amount, or a valid credit card guarantee, are considered binding. In case of late payments, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The type of booked room is always guaranteed, but it is not possible to choose a specific room number, floor or location.

Before traveling, unforeseen events may arise that could prevent you from starting or completing your stay. For this reason, we recommend taking out travel insurance to help in case of emergencies.

By confirming the booking, the booking and cancellation conditions are considered accepted.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the accommodation provider within the specified time limits.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, a voucher equal to the full amount of the paid deposit will be issued, valid for a stay within two years from the date of cancellation. After the 30-day period, the voucher will no longer be valid and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

In case of no-show or partial no-show, the client is obliged to pay 100% of the total agreed price. For cancellations on the day of arrival, late arrivals, or early departures, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
